Sultry and headstrong vixen are the words best to describe Felicity. She has charm aplenty when she wants, though has a careless demeanor at most other times. She enjoys getting her own way and is not adverse to using her wiles and beauty to help her, especially when this involves getting other people to do things for her. When she wants something, she will stop at almost nothing to achieve that goal, by any means possible. She is manipulative, almost cruelly so at times. As a result of her upbringing, she appreciates and enjoys the fine things in life: good food, good wine, well-tailored dresses, classic literature, and above all - orchids. They are her favourite flower, so much so that she had a greenhouse built especially so she could tend to the exotic flowers which she treats like her children and loves with almost a motherly tenderness.

An aristocratic lady with plenty of money to burn, Felicity came screeching into the world twenty two years ago. Her father, one Alberto Rosario Cervantes, an extremely wealthy Spaniard fell in love with English belle Alianora Faulkner while on his travels. Though the inter-racial courtship was frowned upon, Alberto had no qualms with throwing money at problems to make people turn a blind eye, and so eventually the pair married.

They moved to Port Royal and bought the most lavish mansion Alberto could find. Nine months later Felicity was born, already the apple of her parents' eyes even before she opened her eyes. Right from the start, Felicity received only the best. The finest clothing, the best play toys. With all this lavishing, one would have expected her to grow up a bratty child, but the girl was a pleasant kid; she cried only when she was hurt, scared, or extremely tired or cranky. From a young age she found a fascination with plants, especially orchids. She would find broken flowers from the garden and attempt to nurse them back to health with water and attention. Her parents would often buy her flowers that she would tend to, placing them all around her bedroom so it resembled a botanical garden rather than a room.
