Revenge! // Catherine, Jack, Bloody Mary Crew

Somehow this bloody Captain Black-Eye had managed to kidnap William from the Bloody Mary as they were at a fight  on the high sea. William was furious about it, but unfortunately there was nothing he could do. He was tied to the Mast for the whole crew of The Emerald Jewel to see and to praise the captain's victory.
William knew this ship so very well. Its image was burned into his mind from that day... the day that his beloved mother died. Killed by the cruel hand of that very Captain who kidnapped Will. Ever since that day the crews were sworn enemies. But Black-Eye... he was William's most hated enemy.

He remembered the day his mother was buried, how he swore to avenge her death and not rest until that vow was fulfilled, may it be the last thing Will did on this earth. He didn't know if anyone else actually knew about this vow, but he figured that his father would. Even though he never said those words out loud enough for anyone to hear, he knew that he could barely keep any secrets from his father for very long. He just knew his son way too well. Not that it was always a bad thing, though. Sometimes it saved Will from doing something stupid... like getting really drunk and letting himself be seduced by a beautiful wench at some port when Catherine wasn't with them... and breaking her heart in the process.

Anyway, his most hated enemy had captured him, taking something from his father, that would hurt him most to loose. Apparently Black-Eye still held that century old grudge against Jack Dixton over a treasure that Jack found first. That was the whole reason for the fight years ago, during which his mother died. And it was the reason of the latest fight during which William was kidnapped.

They were sailing close to some small islands in the Caribbean Sea when he heard Black-Eye giving the command to drop the anchor. End of the line for William, that much he already knew. They would have him walk the plank and leave him marooned on whichever island he could get to. A grim fate, especially since you never knew if you were ever going to be found by someone while you were still alive.
Will had his father out looking for him, that much he knew, but he didn't know if they kept up with The Emerald Jewel or not...
